I understand and agree that my participation in this event is governed by the following terms.
- Terms and Conditions
(a) You are entering into a transaction (the Transaction) with My Million Dollar Funnels PTY LTD
(herein after referred to as ‘MDF’) to purchase a private event known as the ‘Adapt Or Die’,
(herein after referred to as ‘AOD’ entitling you to attend the event
(b) By proceeding with the Transaction and making a payment, you confirm that you:
(i) have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
(ii) agree to the privacy policy
(iii) agree to the conditions of entry set by the venue at which AOD will take place
(iv) acknowledge and understand it is incumbent upon each ticket holder to provide MDF with full and
accurate details of each attendee as required failing which you may not receive the
benefits to which you may otherwise be entitled.
(v) agree that whilst the advertised line up & agenda is correct at release, it is subject to change
without notice and that you will have no claim against MDF either for a refund or for any other claim
whatsoever.
(vi) Understand that AOD is a private live seminar, hosted by MDF. During AOD, as well as being
provided with training and other content, attendees will be given the opportunity to purchase further
training and services they may find valuable. Attendees are under no obligation to purchase any product
at AOD and any purchases made are at the attendees’ own discretion. - AOD takes place in 2024 in Brisbane Nov 4th, Sydney Nov 6th, Melbourne Nov 8th and Perth Nov 11th – your ticket entitles you to attend the city you purchased for only and cannot be used for multiple cities.
I agree that my participation in these events is without assumption of responsibility of any kind by My Million Dollar Funnels Pty Ltd (“MDF”). In consideration of, and as a condition of acceptance of my application, for and on behalf of myself, my heirs, and legal representatives forever release, and discharge said companies and sponsors and their representatives from any and all claims and demands of every kind which I may suffer directly or indirectly about this live event.
I have provided MDF my cell phone number and email address. I consent to receiving appointment reminders and other communications/information at that email and/or text from MDF.
I understand that all ticket sales are final and are not refundable for any reason. Tickets are not allowed to be resold. Tickets are not allowed to be transferred to another person unless agreed to in writing by MDF. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason. If you are refused entry you may be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event at any time. If you are removed for behavioural reasons you are not entitled to a refund. Speakers are subject to change. Organiser may add and subtract speakers at their discretion. Client purchases a ticket fully understanding speakers can and may change at any time. If speakers change a refund will not be provided unless the event does not go ahead. If the event is postponed a refund will not be provided, tickets will be transferred to the new event and new date.
I further understand that the tools and techniques provided at the event and on the website and at the event are confidential and proprietary. A license to attend this event is being provided to me for my personal use and benefit strictly for educational purposes. For valuable consideration I further agree that I will not (i) take any photographs of the event or presentation other than as specifically agreed in writing; (ii) record or otherwise use any media to record any portion of this event; (iii) I agree that I will not publicly disclose any information about the event other than my participation in any manner or form whatsoever including but not limited to personal blogs, reporting about my event in any public or private media, discussing the particulars of the event with third parties without prior written permission from MDF or Ethan Donati.
By attending this event I agree and acknowledge that after this workshop, I will not for any reason be guaranteed any kind of monetary refund, trade, compensation or rebate. It is understood this content is given with no expectation of compensation for said use.
I understand that during the event some speakers may offer services or products for further investment. I am under no obligation to buy anything. These services and products may be merchandise, marketing services, business education services or personal development education services. Patron enters understanding that at least one speaker will make an offer
I understand that no personal audio recording or video recording is allowed. I acknowledge that MDF, Ethan Donati or any affiliate company is not acting as my agent, personal accountant, lawyer or financial advisor. I understand that the content provided is general in nature and that specific advice for my situation must be provided by my personal attorney and/or tax advisor.
Restrictions on Use of Materials
Materials in this website and at the event and used by MEB are Copyrighted and all rights are reserved. Text, graphics, databases, HTML code, and other intellectual property are protected by Australian and International Copyright Laws, and may not be copied, reprinted, published, reengineered, translated, hosted, or otherwise distributed by any means without explicit permission. All of the trademarks on this site are trademarks of MDF.
Liability
The materials in this site and at the event are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. MDF disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall MDF be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the MDF materials on the website or provided at the event, authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Covid Waiver
COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. We have put in place protective measures to protect the spread of COVID-19 and are requiring that people not attend if they are exhibiting COVID symptoms, have been in close contact with someone who is COVID positive for more detail please see the CDC website

With these precautions we cannot guarantee that you, your family, or close contacts will not become infected with COVID-19. I acknowledge that my participation in any event, seminar or activity (“Activity”) sponsored by us is voluntary. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19, and I voluntarily assume the risk that I, and any member of my family/close contact may be exposed to or infected with COVID-19 by participating in such Activity and exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death. I acknowledge that I should practice physical distancing and wearing of a mask while at home to protect family members. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while attending/participating in Activities may result from the actions or omissions of myself and/or others, including, but not limited to our employees, agents and representatives, participants or any other individual who may be present or in attendance.
I voluntarily agree to assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself and any member of my family (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I, or members of my family may experience or incur in connection with my participation in the Activities.
I further understand that the event for which I signed up may be rescheduled, postponed, or moved to a virtual setting depending upon COVID conditions. I realize that any such rescheduling shall NOT entitle me to a right to a refund.
I further understand that speakers including headline or celebrity speakers may change. If they change you are not entitled to a refund. MDF will do everything in its power to find a replacement speaker or reschedule the event to which your tickets will be valid for instead.
By registering for an event, I agree to adhere to the federal, state, and county guidelines in place at the time of the event, which are subject to change.
With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I, hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ethan Donati or any related entity, its members, officers, agents, servants, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my family or any third party related to COVID-19 or other injury/disease whether caused by the acts, omissions, and/or negligence of the Released Parties, any third-party at Activities, facilities, or otherwise, while participating in any Activity. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Released Parties, its board members, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in Activity.

(a) Note that there is no cooling-off period and payment for a Transaction is not refundable.
(b) If AOD is postponed for any reason, your inclusions will apply to the rescheduled event. A rescheduled event will be provided to you before 13th of November 2025.
(c) If AOD is cancelled for any reason, you will be entitled to a refund of the AOD purchase but will have no other claim of any nature arising out of such cancellation.
(d) Inclusions not used are not able to be swapped or exchanged for credit.
(e) If you purchase AOD by speaking to an MDF team member over the telephone, you will have 10 business days from the date of purchase to cancel your purchase & obtain a full refund. Requests must
be made in writing to admin@mymilliondollarfunnels.com for a refund to be considered.
(f) Should you qualify for a refund, the amount will be refunded within 30 business days from cancellation.
- AOD Resale
(a) The re-advertisement or re-sale of AOD inclusions is strictly forbidden.
(b) If any inclusions of AOD are found to be re-advertised or for re-sale MDF reserves the right to cancel all inclusions with no refund provided.
(c) Only purchases made directly through MDF for AOD will be guaranteed access to the inclusions listed in section 3. Scalping warning: The resale of inclusions in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties. - Force Majeure
(a) If AOD has to be re-scheduled, postponed or cancelled as a result of an act of God, Government legislation, public health orders, an inevitable accident, power cut, fire, blackout, flood, COVID-19, pandemic, injury, death or any other calamity, or if by reason of strikes, or lockouts, or any other events beyond the direct control of either party, MDF reserves the right to postpone and reschedule AOD and the provisions of section 5(b) or 5(c), as the case may be, will apply.
(b) MDF reserves the right to alter the venue, speakers and amend the agenda due to circumstances outside of its control.
(c) MDF will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any cancellation or postponement of DGNE because of Force Majeure or a change of venue or amendment to the agenda arising out of this clause 7. - Privacy and your security:
(a) MDF will collect personal information including but not limited to name, contact details, email address and postal address. This information will only be shared with approved partners to provide access to AOD and enhance your AOD experience.
(b) You acknowledge and agree that MDF may disclose and use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy - Filming:
(a) You acknowledge and agree that portions of AOD may be recorded, and that MDF shall own any recordings that can be used at their discretion for promotional or marketing purposes.
(b) You agree not to record any part of AOD. Failure to comply with this directive could lead to your participation in AOD being revoked with no refund or credit being provided.
(c) You may not use recordings from AOD for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of MDF which may be withheld in our absolute discretion.
(d) Without derogating from the above, materials distributed by MDF as part of AOD may not be distributed or re-produced. - AOD Information
(a) All notices, or other communications must be made via email
(b) to prevent exposure to possible adult themes and/or use of adult language (including obscenities) we recommend that persons under age 16 do not attend AOD.
(c) Attendance by children aged 11-16 is only with parent or guardian discretion on the provision that they have a valid ticket and are always accompanied by an adult. Under 10’s are not permitted to attend AOD.
(d) All event content is in English, and no translation is provided.
(e) Speakers will appear at different times and not the full duration of AOD.
(f) One invoice is generated per order and communication is solely with the buyer of AOD.
(g) AOD Tickets will be emailed out approximately 2 weeks before the AOD start date.
(h) If you have any special access requirements, please email
(i) Tickets to AOD are unable to be transferred to an alternative date or services offered by MDF.
(j) All attendees must act and behave in a respectful way to fellow attendees, staff, and speakers. Failure
to do so may result in removal from AOD without a refund provided.
(k) Dress code is smart casual. Any inappropriately dressed attendee may be refused access to AOD with no refund provided.
(l) Prior to entry all attendees must scan a QR code to provide their name, number & email address.
Failure to complete this may result in AOD inclusions not being provided to the attendee. - Disclosure:
(a) Any views expressed by or the content of any presentation of any speaker or panelist at or in connection with AOD does not represent (and must not be construed as) the views of MDF and MDF will not be liable for any loss, damage of emotional suffering caused by any such views or content.
(b), you acknowledge that any financial views expressed are the views of the presenter and should not be acted upon unless and until you have received professional advice in relation thereto. Any decision made by you because of anything heard, read, or otherwise learnt by you at AOD is an exercise of your own judgment and not attributable to MDF in any manner whatsoever.
(c) MDF takes no responsibility and provides no guarantees for the results achieved using the learning material provided during AOD. - General
(a) These Terms shall in respects be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these Terms.
(b) This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any prior arrangements, agreement, representations, or undertakings are superseded.
